Yes, as it states, I am a majority shareholder in SBRH. I have been appointed an Officer of the company so that I can ensure that everything they do as of my effective appointment is compliant, transparent and toward growth for the company. As well, Peter Matousek, CEO of DKGR and also a consultant for MIKP has been named the company's sole director. The previous CEO was ousted due to concerns regarding his ability to lead the company to growth in an efficient manner.
