as of today, 2 investors that I know personally 1 of them NOT ME has officially sent a complaint to the SEC. The other has not sent one as of yet. I can not and will not divulge the info in the complaint but it does sound very legit and it was done yesterday. 

I personally spoke with Joseph Collins today by phone and will be meeting with him next month for a meet and great and all I can say about our conversation is that the company is moving along in a new direction and has only had 3 months under their belt to move the company in this direction.  Joseph assured me that they PUNCH are looking for ways to make us shareholders happy and understand that people are just panicking right now.  He also assured me that there will be no reverse split as Steve has stated also
