Part of your DD process is to look up the CEO past and see what comes up , now if you see the stock is shady but it has the momo and a chart set up for a trade , then by all means trade it and make money in the short term and get out. Knowing what it is helps you determine how long you will hold a stock if your mental stop does not come into play
