Budd: On another note, the filing deadline for non-accelerated filers (FY ending 12/31/2013) was 08/14/2014 with late notice due 08/15. These dates have passed. There's of course no tier downgrade possible after a ticker hits bottom in the Grey Market (aside from revocation of registration with accompanying deletion of ticker applicable to AEGY but not SKTO), and, more importantly, whatever SK3 alleges in a filing at this point could dig them into a deeper hole.
