The ask was at .002 and I teased the last seller by reducing my ask of $15 to .0017 and the fool bit and reduced his ask to .0016. THE REAL ASK IS at .0025, look at the L2. Why would someone sell $20 worth of shares at .001 and now that the bid is at .0011 he doesn't want to sell, did he run out of shares? HMM?
