Yes coolnapz, that is a fine line to walk.  Given the situation we've already experienced with GOB in the past, and the somewhat overly optimistic PR's we've had related to our leases here in the US in the past year, it would seem that Treaty needs to be EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS about saying anything about oil coming out of the ground in Belize.
