Good Morning Team XNRG! I sent an email to our CEO (Jerry) asking for an update regarding Rice #15.

"As disclosed publicly, Rice #15 is pumping oil. If it was not producing, it would be considered material as it is the only source of revenue for the Company and we would have to disclose such an event."
"The audited statements for the Company for the year ended May 31, 2014 (10-K) are due no later than September 15, 2014. The August 31, 2014 quarterly statements (10-Q) are due no later than October 20, 2014. Since Rice #15 started production after May 31, 2014 the financial results will be reflected in the August 31, 2014 10-Q."
