Green Mountain assists client technology providers/operators with preliminary development work including project due diligence, investor presentations, identification of project capital sources and complimentary tech-nology providers and helps negotiate a joint venture (JV) agreement between all parties. As part of its com-pensation for bringing capital and resources to the project, Green Mountain participates in the JV.
