From what I have been reading regarding of spin offs we would keep our shares in the parent company (ambs) and then be issued shares in the spin off company. The exchange rate I'm not sure about, but it wouldn't be surprising to see a 1:1 exchange. Then, upon the spin off, shareholders can decide if they want to have shares in both companies or sell and hold shares in the other entity. It is up to your investment strategy. Personally, I will hold both because I view both divisions as good long term investments. Hope this helps.
