it's why 4 and 5 are sold

the hint there was the 495,000 worth of components (via a PO dated
3.31.14) purchased to complete prox 4 and 5 (75% to 100%)
which of course the CFO would have seen b4 hiring on to P2O
and taking one third of his 150k salary in stock (that is 50k)

50k @ would translate to approx 500,000 shares of PTOI

it's also why mgmt noted national company's *role* was detailed on 7.1.14

that national co. is known via the public domain

the 5.5 year onslaught *against* all aspects P2O is over
