I believe GT requested to have an attorney, who is not licensed to practice in this jurisdiction, to appear for the hearing. The judge rejected this request
GT also tried to set aside (overturn) the default judgment. This was also rejected. This entry indicates that the court has issued a default judgment against GT, and is sticking to it, IMO.
All of this leads me to believe that Oct 24th is a hearing to determine what the court feels is owed to the plaintiff.
I am simply makng an educated guess, based on limited information. Micro's input would be very helpful.
