Chris - my exact same sentiments Sir - 1-Bil with LPC's remaining $18-mil in warrants has got to mean they have something really big necessitating this quantity of shares - it's got to be tied to the "financial engineering" Gerald has alluded to - just trying to figure how it would play into an uplisting for AMBS - more importantly a listing for a new diagnostics division as a spin off - either way, I just don't believe it's all associated with an anti-takeover measure - I believe they have this covered with a 'poison pill' provision which they incorporated into their by-laws last Jan., 2013.
