A better deal came up jp...PhenoGuard was only one small piece of the diagnostic portfolio. At least imo...if one wants to speculate you could say:
1/ An alternate partner surfaced in, or while negotiations were ongoing with Jansen during their lease?
2/ Jansen wanted too much of the piece of the pie after the fact that your reference to them ( Nov/2013)took place and once they occupied the Jansen rental space.
3/ Or just plain expansion with the many new hires that took place over the course of the close to one year since they occupied the space...
Inevitably, we can only speculate. That being said, I can't help but speculate in a positive tangent here. So much has transpired since you and I both became "shareholders" wouldn't you say?
