Less than 2 weeks until the big day in San Diego. Let's hope that the resolution of these legal issues will open the communication channels. My biggest concern is, of course, the status of the stock. If this issue isn't resolved, it really doesn't matter if they ship one ounce of iron or a billion tons; shareholders would see no benefit. I've never had any doubt's about the mine or production. I'm more concerned with lack of accounting and JV agreements with two bit con men. Good or bad, records must be kept and shared with the shareholders that invested their time and money in this company. Had that been done from the beginning, we wouldn't be spending our time searching for legal documents or bulkers on a Saturday. A simple newsletter that highlights their progress would be nice, too. Throw in a few photos, and everybody can see progress. My hope is that there is a desire to fix these issues. The next couple months should be very interesting.
Take care, Micro.
