I quit smoking 77 weeks ago.
It is much better not smoking.

I went cold turkey.
I was sick for a few days.
Felt like I had the flu without the fever.
Aching & buzzing & unfocused etc.
Whew.

My wife the 1st bad morning said
" Welcome to detox - how do you like it"

Went in to work, leaning on a wall or two.
