SIRG will not operate or start any activity at the mine without proper approvals, we are not Hondo or Mercator who both received NOVs for operating without proper permits! We know there has been no reconstructive activity at the mine.

Had BLM approved the EA on schedule there would be activity at the mine. Rod and SIRG do not have any control over inefficient government agents.
