Well said! Mike in IR told be a couple times earlier this year;  count on 10K and 1st Q 2013 to see a huge difference in TECO.  Some longs on Ihub seem to think other very important news is coming that should propel the PPS.  Who knows what that might be but I assume we will know in the coming 5-6 weeks.
