I've contacted them before and they won't give info on anything about an ongoing certification. You are taking "gag order" WAY too literal. Of course they won't call it a gag order. I assure you that they don't want Baltia advertising as "Americas newest Airline" though before they are certified and literally an airline. They don't want Baltia passing on to is things that they've been told by the FAA. It's essentially... A GAG ORDER.
