Scrchamp606... no, I haven't.  I may be alone here in my thinking, but I am no where as concerned as some seem to be.

First... Steve stated publically the reason behind the increase.  And it makes sense.  Less financing costs means increased profits.

Second... Steve stated publically that if the shares are used, they will be used for acquisitions.  Acquiring another profitable company like PunchTV would be a good thing.  Doing such will increase profits and increase assets.

Third... track record of CEO's investments has been sound.  There is no reason (or evidence) he will simply squander the proceeds of any profits from selling the additional 2b shares.
