Ambs is tripling its rent, moving to a new office this month. From the 10Q "Lease Agreements":

"Commencing August 2014 the Company will lease new office facilities in San Francisco under a twenty nine month sublease with Stamats Communications"

New avg. monthly lease will be 12k /mo. plus 9k/mo. basic operating costs
Compared to 7k/mo. for the QB3 incubator lease that ends in October.
