They filed the NT 10-Q because the 10-Q was due yesterday. If they had not filed the NT then the 10-Q filed today would have been considered LATE.
The NT extended their filing deadline by 5 calendar days. Obviously they only needed an extra day. The filing is not considered late if filed within this 5 day extension. Many seem to misunderstand this point. It should be called "Notification of Extension for Filing", as that would more accurately describe it's purpose.
