Nope ..
some might actually remember the K was filed on 6.4.14
and the I/O noted then
TA didn't cut that round until late into July (it ran 6 weeks)
Q1 and Q2 both note *conversion* >> those certs have yet to be cut
it is just one reason why i call regularly (2x per week until issued)
as one of the dd board faux sleuths noted >> just earlier this week

for those not aware >> PTOI's *float* is 66M ..
