OK so take a good look at this level 2.. NITE and his magic software are doing this to every penny play they can because it's Friday after noon. He has one goal and that is to take the share price down so he is saying to you that he and his dumb ass program are the sharpest knife in the drawer. If you look in the right hand column NITE offeres shares for 16.99 so he is saying that if you buy one share it will be lower than the last price and drive the price down. It the left column NITE offers $10.91 cents if you sell him shares. Cut the price almost in half and NITE is ROTFLMAO.
TelVue people do not care if the price goes down.
Telvue people are not selling till NITE gets off the floor and starts crying like a baby. We won this one.
