Basically it means watch for the relative strength index to get in the lower range. Ideally, 30 is typically associated with strong buyer interest in a stock that has a good base (such as FITX). In this case though the RSI in the 43 range seems to be the level where stronger buying has occurred on multiple previous occasions so when you correlate MACD, CMF and SMA indicators with volume and RSI it gives a strong reference to where the next increased PPS/volume buying will occur
