I don't think so. A few maybe but that would require them to lie under oath and knowingly swear false statements prepared by a contingency lawyer. Based on the desperateness that I heard, I think the lawyers are in too deep to walk away and are hoping for a settlement. If they had a solid case why would the Plaintiff be trolling for people to lie in sworn statements with the promise of a payout if a settlement is paid?

It's unfortunate that companies of value are often a target of frivolous suits. I have a new perspective about the litigation against Plastic2Oil as a result of my experience. I was kind of there anyway witnessing the cases and motions fold one after another.
