A recent report by Forrester Research called "Sizing the Cloud:" indicates that the cloud computing industry is projected to grow from $40 billion in 2010 to over $241 billion by 2020.

This increase will provide massive opportunities for emerging cloud computing companies such as ADHC's Operating subsidiary, Rebel Networks. The Company commented on this strategy saying,

"We have targeted several potential candidates to acquire in the cloud computing space that would complement our existing business.

The industry projections continue to support our corporate objective in building cloud computing operating business in the small to medium size business market.
