well, my guess is that HC has done an inspection and have laid out final expectations for Cen to pass. I believe that based on the grow problems that a couple of other companies had this spring with mold and whatnot, HC added to their criteria. I believe that CEN passed according to the criteria set before the grow problems hit but now have to meet expectations HC added to insure proper growing conditions... That's why they don't want to do a PR about inspection because they haven't passed according to updated standards but surely passed to former standards of just 4 months ago even... the IHub board would tear up a PR that said something along those lines so might as well wait.
I just wonder if Bill has any fingernails left because I surely do not and I am steps removed from the situation...
