Not only does it not matter, it's an opportunity! The processor can be marketed as a rehab special. Sure a customer could buy a working machine fully tested to make diesel out of free garbage similar to a Mr. Fusion flux capacitor...but instead of paying $16M to $18M, a customer can instead buy a fixer-upper for a mere $8M to $9M and save themselves a boatload of money by taking on some risk. What customer in their right mind would pass up a free $8M to $9M?!?
