NT 10-Q Notification of Late Filing

This filing extends the company's 10-Q filing deadline to Tue, Aug. 19th.
I want to remind shareholders of my previous inquiry to NASDAQ where they stated a history of extended or late filings would NOT impact Amarantus' ability to uplist . NASDAQ will only check to see that all required filings are current at the time of the company's listing application.
I expect the other boards will make a major issue out of this filing extension, but those here should realize it has zero impact on the company's ability to uplist to NASDAQ.
