- no definite proof that addit. 1-Bil. AS increase is needed = 2-Bil. AS
- in 01/2013, same song played regarding anti-takeover measures
- sharecount sploded from 160-Mil. to 800-Mil. in just under 19 mo's.
- waiting to hear clarification before I vote YES - otherwise its NO
