It has been reported by Longs that RBC accepted JBII certs into RBC trading accounts,
but would ONLY ALLOW sells of PTOI and no BUYING to DCA holdings in those accounts.
It is likely IMO that RBC also either directly sold/shorted shares... or loaned those shares it was holding in accounts to ENABLE the GAMING of PTOI shares by MMs, hedgies, or others!
St. Catherines, eh? Interesting... all GOOD THINGS come to an end when perps get careless!
