Not sure what you mean by "2015 goals". Have they ever been given other than the hope of uplisting? We know 2014 was called out to be a $50 million year, with obvious fleshing out of the infrastructure (software, employees, eplants, consultants, partners, global branding, China, etc.) to go with it.
There's no way, IMO, these milestones are being met given the total silence. No way! It simply defies logic and common sense. Logic and common sense are now clearly in LA19's corner. Plain and simple! Now I'm sure I was right when I said months ago the look on MN's face in all the pictures was just not right. He looked guilty, unexcited, unattached, not to mention just plain unhealthy. And now we know that's exactly what he was. No excited smile of a committed CEO when photographed with his teams.
China was the killer. MN wanted a quick strike, zero to $50 million in a year, soaring stock price, respect of the ewaste community, money and leverage to put his M&A skills to building a global presence, and on and on. Now that that's fizzled he is mad, disappointed, embarrassed, tired of getting bashed on the boards, considered by the ewaste community to be just a schmuck conman who took advantage of the growing industry they are committed to.
Q2 at best will show some more revenue from operations at Cincy and maybe one other facility, that is unless we find out the supply chain there has fizzled, which wouldn't surprise me or anyone else at this point. And the expenses, including inordinate professional fees, will be in the millions with no explanation as MN fills the pockets of his friends and family, thus leading to even more losses. Feeney is obviously making no headway in China and may have well quit already, that is unless he's in on the take. MN has gagged the new PR company he brought on board (anyone know their name? Probably his brother-in-law) as well as those who were tasked with keeping A/S and O/S shares and other metrics current for shareholders.
Bottomline? I can't even think of one, that's one, think Marty is doing right. Isn't that pathetic? Where do I sign up for the class action suit?
