I'll also point out that there's a strong incentive for PTOI insiders (are there more than three??) to once again promote the stock. Their pay/backpay depends on it and shareholders seem like they would be very responsive to any news from the company after the drought. Simply put, shareholders are ripe for another fleecing. PTOI insiders practically only need to ask to get shareholders to open their wallets and 'donate' more money.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
