I will leave it at this,

1.) Does Steve do everything right in everyones eyes?   No, virtually impossible to please every one all the time.

2.) Has Steve done some things For the betterment of ICPA? heck ya, CCO deals, Punch Tv, Connectvision, ETC.....

3.) Is Steve a determined individual? Yes

4.) Does Steve wish ICPA to succeed or fail?  I say he wants it to succeed

5.) Are the deals mentioned in #2 verifiable?  YES

6.) Does Steve keep everyone totally in the dark like some real SCAMS?  NO. he shares more info than most CEO's

7.) Do I like everything Steve has done to date? NO, see #1.

8.) Will I continue to support ICPA?  YES, because I have done sufficient DD that tells me that the company has potential and is REAL.
