dCellVax will not be eligible to receive the orphan drug designation because it targets breast cancer. Breast cancer affects well over 200,000 people therefore it will not fall into the parameters for orphan drug designation.

It is possible that eventually Regen will target a secondary designation for a disease that falls into orphan drug designation but that's not a guarantee.
