Hello, as I recall it those public disclosures refrained from putting a dollar value on North Cal's order - they reported the total dollar value of orders was near 1M and they noted that North Cal was among those placing orders. I don't believe there is anything there that is incompatible with a consignment arrangement. Also, North Cal is said to be a distributor for Hollund and in the MOU with North Cal it notes the intention that North Cal is to receive a portion of HIMR's net profit (as a royalty) for various services rendered. Although we can't know the details of how their arrangement will sort out, it seems clear it is more complicated than simply a retailer buying from an independent wholesaler.

To reiterate, I am just saying it might be a consignment arrangement. I am not saying it is.
