I just want to add that I 100% believe that FITX will be a "good corporate neighbor". The reasons are simple: FITX's personal ties to Lakeshore, basic business etiquette and a "reference" for future sites.

I do not doubt that we are working, and will continue to work, WITH Lakeshore. That said, I obviously highly doubt the sincerely of the town board in July's meeting.
