I think you might be right. That would be the way to make sure the thing is done without anyone being able to blame anyone else or take the credit. Just postpone, postpone, then when HC licensing comes through, throw up your hands and blame them...

But we were supposed to have an open house before and then the town hall follow-up, as I heard it, in Aug. before the next town hall meeting. Perhaps I really missed something, or two, or three....
