Update:
ERGOKONZEPT PLC should be trading on the foreign markets in the 4Q per ERGOKONZEPT.
ERGOKONZEPT AG owns 40% of PFNO currently.
ERGOKONZEPT PLC should get 25% of PFNO and give Sid (CEO PFNO) $650K and Sid will get 25% of ERGOKONZEPT PLC after ERGOKONZEPT PLC begins to trade and they both sit down to finalize the agreement. Hopefully
LionsGate has been hired to start the talks with ING Bank about the ING bonds that Sid is still in possession of.
