JB, I don't and haven't ever thought himr is a scam, since I have been here (about a year). to me a scam says the company from the get-go planed to rip the shareholders off.
That said, I do think history is showing us they made mistakes enough to paint themselves into a corner and now they are desparate. assuming they haven't done any logging, I am still not ready to say it is management starting to lie to us. But, I am at the point that they should be made aware of the already logging story and confirm or deny it. there is a part of me that thinks it possible they read this site from time to time.
in any case, the ball is totally in their court.
