Again I must be missing something here
1. RS will be proportional so you lose no value
2. The billion shares if voted to be authorized are not for dilution
Gerald tweeted directly to slurppy that there are NO plans to fund operations through dilution he then tweeted WE STAND BY THAT
They estimate they can run into 2016 with current funds
so if they were to dilute Gerald would be a complete in your face liar with legal trouble most likely, otherwise he would have to be completely lying about Lympro outcomes and timelines which I highly doubt
That leaves only positive outcomes for the use of the new shares that again we need to vote on....
