It's simple:

If John Bordnuik wants to not be condemned, then he should act in a way that does not merit condemnation.

Among many acts worthy of condemnation, the one that REALLY strikes me is that:

John Bordnuik, on the same day as he released a public accouncement that stridently proclaimed that JBI does not employ outside consultants to promote the stock .... on the very same day john bordynuik entered into an agreement to funnel compensation to as-yet (and shamefully) unnamed outside consultants. We would only come to know this years later after John Bordynuik was under oath in a court of law .... shameful

ON THE VERY SAME DAY!

This, by itself, is an act worthy of unconditional condemnation.
