IC Places is the publicly-traded company behind Punch. It said, “Punch TV, and networks like it, benefit from the must carry rules to get carriage on cable and satellite systems,
Would like to know that it is part of the reasons for the aquistion of punch? For both companies
Must carry is a based on the city and the affiliate that carries our network. It means in some cities all media outlets must carry our signal. Including cable and satellite.

Cause of the must caryy, likely in chicago, and other big populations center,punch is getting bigger and better, won't be a big media outlet like abc,nbc,msnbc, but it won't be little tiny one either, medium IMO!
