WDE99... help me out here... where is the connection between Tribune Co. and ICPA ?  What leads you to believe this could be a possibility?  ICPA is changing the name... I don't think that means there will be 2 companies after that, i.e. one to run and one to sell... is there?  I love a good conspiracy theory, but there appear to be some blanks that need filling in.  Break it down for us.
