Now what you will see on the level 2 is someone coming along and picking up a few shares of TelVue. As you see it has the last price at $19.12. Now as we all know that trade is perfectly legal. Someone is buying stock. If I had done that at the bell last night it would have been stock manipulation.
Don't worry it may not be there long. As you can see there are bids at $10.91 and someone may be given a share or two to take it to $10.91 but you never know.
I don't see the Plethora of shares put up as the remains of the 5488 shares on Jan 15the. It's early yet. They may show.
