I think Bud Guy has been through this recently with G*CU and V*PE (if I'm not mistaken on the tickers). I believe those two took circa 2-3 months, after initially announced. Angel has had this "in the works" for some time, so would not be surprised if/when ours moved along on a shorter timeline...
