You got it! He's been doing this for years and with various companies. He's still got one person fooled into thinking this is going somewhere and still trying to pump it so WL can sell the remaining shares til he reaches 15 billion shares dumped. Then you will see the RS. There is no big secret, WL has had the same MO for years, but there are always newbies he can scam. Got to admit he's good, even fooled some seasoned penny traders on this one!!
