Bill is an extremely friendly guy to talk to, but my experience is that hes usually very non-committal and sometimes cryptic. Obviously, he can only say so much. Thank you for posting your talk. Where those exact words used, or paraphrased? I usually only jot down single words that stand out and key points. If those were exact words, thats pretty damn awesome.
I will tell you that I've been calling fairly regularly (weekly) and the distinct impression that I left with at the end of last week is that the inspection did NOT take place. He could have been sand bagging me, or I could have read between those cryptic lines incorrectly.
As is, I'm 50/50 on the fence about the 7/31 "inspection". There are only so many things it could have been, and Gaelic (the poster here) reminds me often about how Bill was clearly in a suit/tie. For Bill, that means that day was a BIG deal.
For sure there are good things on the horizon. The risk to reward is still WAY out of whack (in a good way). And, its just a matter of time before we're all grins.
