So I decided that I will provide everyone with the DD I got from FINRA....
The company did file all the paperwork as requested and everything was
handed in on time. However, the fee was not paid until last Thursday
afternoon. FINRA is not required to act on a ticker change until 10 days
after the fee is paid - completing the paperwork and paying the fee.
If FINRA is correct and since I cannot get a hold of the company to verify,
we should see the ticker change early next week.
This is and has been the entire time, the company's fault.
Earlier today I heard due to the overseas group dumping their shares that
FINRA was also investigating the possibility there were shares being illegally
sold into the market. Since the stock price dropped below .01, they were
forced to sell.
However, after calling FINRA I was able to get the truth.
