I am not sure what he ment exactly on that, but, from the tone of the conversation, at that time it appeared that was ALL he was allowed to tell me. When it came to the actual license, he seemed to be very positive, yet, restricted on what he could actually say.

I have to respect his position and I tried to do that at the same time as gather as much info as I could.
I would suggest that if you feel the need to push that issue with him that you give him a call and simply ask. I am sure he will try to calm what concerns you may have.
